It’s not just the mountains we conquer, but ourselves.

 

Mission Statement

Everyone has mountains in life. We seek to help those struggling with their mountains by providing healthy solutions and paths to take.

Our goal is to provide resources for self-preservation and self-improvement by guiding others across four resiliency pillars of well-being: Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual.

 

Vision Statement

We will be climbing the 7 Summits of the World as a physical representation of what we all struggle with in everyday life. Together, we will conquer mountains!

Our first climb was Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa

from September 1 - 10, 2023.

Resiliency Pillars

  • Mental Health

    Providing tools for those going through mental health crises so they can utilize these resources for self-care and self-preservation.

  • Emotional Support

    One of our highest priorities are our Veterans. We have a Veterans Support Hotline to help those Veterans in need, for whatever mountain they may be facing in life.

  • Physical & Fitness

    Physical Resilience. If you are homeless, have fitness nutritional goals in mind, learn about ways in which to build a solid foundation to get you on your way to a healthier lifestyle.

  • Spiritual Resilience

    Regardless of your faith or religion, one of the 4 pillars of resiliency is spirituality. Take time to breathe, pray, meditate and become one with the world around you.
